Jenny Morrison:
"Crossfit really is the perfect addition to my overall training.
What Ive experienced after just a few workouts is a huge improvement
in endurance and a new appreciation for my physical abilities. Imagine
what that does for my training and my game. Plus, it really is perfectly
suited to meet the needs of the individual participant.
We get a great workout and are on the path to incredible and very
individualized physical conditioning. Ask around, find someone whos
doing Crossfit in addition to their Martial Arts training. Anyone
who has tried it can tell you how great it is!"

Kim Stacey:
"In the past thirty years, I've done long and mid-distance running,
weight lifting (while in college and graduate school - how long ago
was that?!) and most recently martial arts. While I've had coaches
throughout, I have to say that Beth is the best coach I've ever had.
And, I don't say that just to be nice, believe me.
In order to put Beth's talents in perspective, you have to ask,
"So, what makes a good coach?"
Bill McCartney, a coach for the University of Colorado, put it
quite simply: a good coach takes you where you can't take yourself.
Through encouragement, patience, keen observation, and expertise
a high quality coach moves you through your weaknesses, pushing
your limits ever higher (at a rate you are prepared to handle),
until you are the best you can be!
Beth does that for me each and every time I see her. She stresses
excellence of form, and only moves you to the next level of achievement
when you have mastered the fundamentals of "doing it right".
Her encouragement means so much to me - I always come away from
our sessions feeling well-respected, as well as highly motivated.
Thanks to Beth, and CrossFit, I am better able to handle the stresses
of everyday life, and
I'm a better martial artist. My kicks and punches are stronger,
and my endurance has never been better. She is everything you could
want in a coach - and CrossFit is everything you could want in a
training program.
