financial site for credit card and direct bank payments.
Individual Class $15 per class. Each class is approximately 60 minutes long
and includes warm up, workout, and cool down. Classes are kept small in order
to try and keep the feeling of personal training within a class setting. Most
classes are six people or less.
Monthly unlimited classes $150 - (currently there are five classes per week
available with new classes being scheduled regularly):
$125 for 10 classes with a six week expiration period. A $25 savings.
$330 for 30 classes with a 4 month expiration period. A $120 savings.
$540 for 60 classes with an 8 months expiration period. A $360 savings.
Individual Personal Training - $75 per session One hour of individual training
focusing on general fitness as measured by CrossFit standards. Includes warm
up and cool down plus deeper focus of correct form. Good place to start if you
have recently been injured.
Fitness Evaluation: $100 Includes body fat measurement, blood pressure and
pulse information, strength and flexibility baseline tests, nutritional evaluation.
Requires two sessions.
